June 20th - Photos at scientific ANR sessions
Taking photos of scientific data may be controversial.
The option to take photos during sessions is neither prohibited, nor encouraged. We want to allow a maximum of exchange of information, but performed with responsibility.
Oral presenters that do not allow any photos to be taken during their presentations are asked to announce this before starting the lecture. Poster presenters not allowing photos to be taken should mark the poster with a sticker to indicate this fact. The organizers provide such stickers at the registration desk.

The Local Organising Committee expects all participants to respect this.
