Exhibition
A commercial exhibition will be arranged in conjunction with the Conference, in the Conference venue.
Application for floor space is made on the Application and Contract for Floor Space form, enclosed in the Exhibition and Sponsorship Invitation. For a map of the floor spaces available at the venue, please click here.
Every effort will be made to accommodate Exhibitors’ request for space and position. Floor spaces are assigned on a ”first come, first served” basis.
Floor spaces will be sold in minimum 6 square meter slots, and the price per square meter is 3500 SEK (excluding VAT). The price does not include carpet, walls, electricity, furniture etc. All Exhibitors are advised to bring their own equipment or to make an order to Congrex.
