*Reduced Registration fee The Reduced Registration Fees are open to Students, Young Investigators (participants under the age of 30, and in training), Charitiy Representatives, Nurses and all participants working in less privileged countries (DUK list). Proof of status (i.e. a photocopy of the university card) should be forwarded to Congrex Sweden AB or fax nr: +46 8 661 91 25. If status is not provided the non-reduced fee will be applied.

**Additional Exhibitor & Sponsor Registration fee
The registration fee for exhibitors and sponsors includes daily tea/coffee and lunch. Each exhibitor and sponsor is entitled to one free exhibitor/sponsor registration. Please note that the fee for exhibitors and sponsors does not include admission to the scientific sessions or social programme.

Welcome Programme, Monday June 21st
Welcome Reception at the City Hall, Monday June 21st

Group Registration
Please contact Congrex Sweden AB in order to make a group registration (10 delegates or more).

Press
Fully accredited members of the press are invited to attend the scientific programme. Registration should be made online and applications for media participants should include a copy of their official media accreditation and forwarded to Congrex Sweden AB.

Accompanying Guests
The registration fee for accompanying guests includes admission to the Welcome Programme at the City Conference Centre and Welcome Reception at the City Hall on Monday June 21st and the Opening Ceremony on Tuesday June 22nd. Guests are also invited to listen to the lectures "The Road to Stockholm and Beyond 1 and 2" in conjunction with the above mentioned events. In addition it gives accompanying guests the possibility to attend the Archipelago Boat Tour and The Gala Dinner for an additional fee.

Please note that the fee for accompanying guests does not include admission to the scientific sessions, the commercial- or the poster exhibitions nor does it entitle them to any conference documentation.

A special Stockholm Kit for accompanying guests will be provided.

Confirmation
In order to receive confirmation of registration via e-mail, please make sure to indicate the e-mail address on the registration form!
Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. More information regarding payment details is available under Payment. Registration for events, which are included in the registration fee, must be marked on the form, in order to obtain a ticket. Please note that registration for the various tours and events will be confirmed upon payment on a ”first come, first served” basis, and numbers may be restricted.

Alterations and Name change
Alterations to your registration must be made in writing and sent to Congrex by e-mail, post or fax (+46 8 661 91 25). 

Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. An administration fee of SEK 300 will be charged.

Collection of Conference documents
All documents, and name badge can be obtained from the On-site Conference Secretariat at the City Conference Centre, open for the duration of the Conference.
