Cancellation and Refunds 

 

Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden AB. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until April 20th, 2010, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less SEK 500 for cancellation fee. For cancellations made after April 20th, 2010 we regret that no refunds can be made.

Cancellation of Hotel Reservation
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden AB. Cancellation of any hotel reservation will be accepted until April 20th, 2010, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of SEK 500. We regret that no refunds can be made after April 20th, 2010.

Cancellation of Social Events
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden AB. Cancellation of social events will be accepted until May 20th, 2010, up to which date the total amount will be refunded. For cancellations made after May 20th, 2010 we regret that no refunds can be made.
