ANR2010

Grants/Support

Possible funding for participants from regions around the Baltic Sea
(including Belarus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia and Ukraine)

We are currently applying for grant money to cover registration and possibly travel expenses for delegates attending ANR from the above mentioned countries.

The grant source is the Swedish Institute (SI) which is a public agency that promotes interest and confidence in Sweden around the world. SI seeks to establish cooperation and lasting relations with other countries through strategic communication and exchange in the fields of culture, education, science and business.

The program that we are applying from is called the Visby Program - the Swedish Institute's Baltic Sea Region Exchange Program. It is an important tool in the collaboration on education and research between Sweden and the seven countries in the program. The program provides funding for both individuals and collaborative projects and, with its extensive exchanges, helps foster broad knowledge about the region and conditions for working together with the business community and society at large.

If you are interested in this grant, please contact the organising committée for further information.
